Windows 10: ROM memory is full

Discus and support ROM memory is full in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; My C drive is full.     ROM Memory

    Correct me if I have the wrong idea but There was supposed to be roughly 500 megs of ROM memory in addition to the 8 gigs of ram + the storage card.

    I assume the apps are stored on ROM

    Can anybody tell me about non-writable memory (ROM) of nokia C5? The official site claims the internal memory is 50 MB. So what's the ROM size to store apps that comes with the phone? Does ROM memory share with internal 50 MB memory?
