Windows 10: Romanian programmer keyboard not available?

I just installed windows 11 on a laptop and i wanted to add a secondary keyboard, but i cannot the the Romanian programmer keyboard only the standard Romanian keyboard .

Unable to switch to Romanian keyboard after update

I understand that you are unable to switch to Romanian keyboard layout after an update. We can try some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. Please follow the steps mentioned below to resolve the issue:

Method 1: Using Shortcuts

You can use Windows + Spacebar key to toggle between the keyboard layouts.

Method 2: Changing key sequence

You can change the key sequence that is already added and add another key sequence. To change the key sequence follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Press and hold Windows + I key to open Settings.
   
2. Click on Devices.
   
3. Click on Typing.
   
4. Under More keyboard settings, click on
   Advanced keyboard settings.
   
5. Click on Language bar options.
   
6. Click on Advanced Key Settings tab.
   
7. Click on Romanian language and click on
   Change Key Sequence.
   
8. Click on the dropdowns to select the desired key sequence.
   

Method 3: New user account

This issue may be due to a profile corruption. Hence, in order to eliminate possibilities, I would suggest you to create a new user account, install the required language pack and check if the issue still persists. Follow the steps from the article
Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10
to create a new user account.

Romanian keyboard

Not yet. Microsoft has not yet made a Romanian keyboard and you cannot add your own to the phone.
