Windows 10: ROTATE USB 3.0 a HDMI SIMPLE SOLUTION

PROBLEM: USING THE USB 3.0 TO HDMI ADAPTER, SCREEN ROTATION IS NOT POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, THE MAIN MONITOR, THE ONE CONNECTED DIRECTLY TO THE PC OR LAPTOP, DOES ALLOW VERTICAL ROTATION. SOLUTION: 1 THE MAIN HDMI CABLE CONNECTED TO THE PC OR LAPTOP SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO THE SECOND MONITOR WITH VERTICAL ORIENTATION, AND 2 THE CABLE COMING FROM THE USB 3.0 TO HDMI ADAPTER SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO THE HORIZONTAL MONITOR WE USED AS THE MAIN ONE. 3 IN DISPLAY SETTINGS, SELECT MONITOR 1 NOW THE VERTICAL ONE AND MODIFY IT TO VERTICAL ROTATION. AND WITH THE SECOND MONITOR, SINCE IT CANNOT ROTATE, I

All steps from above working fine and the screen is rotating while my monitor is connected on the laptop's integrated HDMI port, while I am on the USB-A to HDMI adapter are not working.

Just leave it, was nice at least to don't have this screen lag on the adapter connected monitor, to be possible to watch videos without latency.

It looks like there is nothing to do, most of the USB to HDMI doesn't work as a integrated HDMI port.

I just bought a support for a monitor that could be quickly rotated. Now I keep the most used monitor on portrait mode with normal HDMI, when I am coding I open the other monitor which I keep it all the time on landscape. In case that I want to watch some movies on good quality, I just rotate quickly the portrait mode monitor, cause on other monitor you have latency on video ..

Hi Greg,

My laptop's USB-C doesn't support video output so I use USB-A with this USB-HDMI adapter. I tried on all ports and same result.

I think there is something with this MS Idd Device which is not supporting rotating the screen.
