I'm doing a task, but many times I have to use the round function, so I'm looking for a solution to apply this function to the entire document.

Hi there Mark! I'm a microsoft community member here to help. Currently there isn't an easy way to make every value in the document round, but you could try this: Click a blank cell C2 and input the formula: =ROUND (A2, 2),

Then press Enter key, and the value in cell A2 will be rounded to a number with two decimal places. Then drag the fill handle over the range of cells that you want to apply this formula.

This should round out every value you drag over.

Should I presume you are using Excel? If not, let me know.

In Excel, you can do CTRL+A in your document > Right click > Format Cells > Number > Set decimal appropriately. This will have the effect of ROUND.
