    Wifi issues

You can try and log on to your modem and change the band or channel of the router and then reattempt to connect to the router again on the new band/ channel to log onto your router google the make of router it will give you the logon page the password and
pin will probably be admin for both unless you have already changed them and go from there

If it is your own router offering a Guest network, log into your router and disable it there.

Are you using an Ethernet connection or Wi-Fi to access the Router? Most times the Wired connection is needed to make changes in Routers [security reasons].

Is the Router otherwise working for Network and/or Internet access? Can you open a Command Prompt [or PowerShell] window then type ipconfig to get any data from the Router? Could be the default IP address has changed. If the Router does not work there should be a 'hidden' switch [hole] on the Router you could press with a penpoint to reset it, try with the power cord disconnected and also while connected.

The PowerShell dos not work, ipconfig shows it is 192.268.1.1 but I cant get into the router. The router is working as it should, I don't want to reset the Router, I don't want to have to reset all units to load the new Password????

Try power cycling the router, before reset. Also wanted to echo the idea of possible browser issue - try using IE.
Is it possible to access via another computer on the LAN?

IE 10 home, windows defender, I power cycled the Router several times, tried that with my laptop, did not work.

    Hi ultram,

Gotcha, I missed that you mentioned that earlier. Does this model let you access the admin page via Router login? How is performance on that router other than the console not loading? The device could be failing in some way, or received a bad update. Although its never fun to reconfigure, that would be my next thought. Once back to factory default settings, you would want to obtain the latest firmware.

    Are you sure?
The usual private number is 192.168.x.x

Type ipconfig in command window and copy and paste your result here.
Or type ipconfig /all to reveal the state of all interfaces.

I used to have some Netgear router. Its default IP was 192.168.0.1. So try with a zero in the third octet.
