Windows 10: RPC server unavailable message at login. No start menu, restart, shut down or Window+r. .

When I try to login I get a rpc server unavailable message. The option to restart, shut down or update dont do anything when clicked. Win + r does not work either. I cannot get past the login screen to even get to a start menu so any troubleshooting with that isn't possible. . I can't do anything. This is my personal laptop which was working perfectly fine the night before. Its a hp probook.

I am a user of Windows 10 laptop. When i try to login it's showing "rpc server unavailable" in a blue screen. I am not able to see the start tile also. As i enter my pin It's showing as rpc server not available. Its not shutting down also..

Please help me to get out of it.

Yes i am facing the same issue in restarting the system..its not even shutting down..just showing that rpc server is unavailable.

 

Windows Defender won't start (RPC server unavailable)

It says the RPC server is unavailable, but it's up and running in services.







There are also some services with random hash suffixes. Maybe it's related?
