Windows 10: RPC Server Unavailable. Windows 10. Cannot log in, pc will not restart or shut down.

I cannot log into my PC at all. I have Windows 10. I put in my PIN and it comes up with a message saying RPC Server Unavailable. It will not let me log in. It will not shut down or restart. I have tried googling solutions, however none of these work since I can't even log in. I also can't access it using the keyboard shortcuts because they dont work either. All I can do is enter the PIN but it won't let me log in anyway. I am really upset about this as it is a very expensive laptop and now I'm going to lose all of my files. I've seen posts about people having the same issue and there isn't any

The RPC server is unavailable

As I logged onto my computer this morning a message popped saying "the rpc server is unavailable", I couldn't log into my computer because of this message; however, I pressed the restart button on my pc case and everything worked fine the message didn't pop up and I could actually log in.

I'm a bit worried as to what the rpc server is and why it was unavailable.

Does anyone know why this message popped up?

Yes i am facing the same issue in restarting the system..its not even shutting down..just showing that rpc server is unavailable.
