Windows 10: RSG Social Club not installing

Hello. I am using Windows 10 1507 Enterprise LTSB 2015. I was quite bored so I decided to play some GTA. The only issue is when I install Rockstar Games Social Club Launcher I get this error and I don't know why that is. I remember back in March this launcher worked perfectly but today it had to update and then it wouldn't open because of this error. This program path also exists that is mentioned in the error:

Xbox clubs don't work

Rockstar Social Club?

I guess you do not need the social club, but i suggest updating the game unless live has already done that, go play multiplayer in free mode, alot of people should, its funny as hell and helorios. I ussualy jump in the heli to get the RPG, walk out and start bombing people with RPG's down the airport.
