Windows 10: RTL7823BE 802.11 bgn wifi adapter issue on my windows 10

Hi, I have a HP Notebook - 15-ay005tx with Windows 10 installed in it with all the updates. I have this RTL7823BE 802.11 bgn wifi adapter in it. I am facing a very low speed wifi internet. I have a internet plan of 50 mbps at my home. Every devices get the 50 mbps speed but this laptop when connected with wifi does only get 500 kbps. I do get a 50 mbps speed when connected via ethernet. This wifi problem is very frustrating. Please help me with this one.Regards,Arjun

Method 1: Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue

Broadcom 802. 11abgn wireless sdio adapter

My asus t200 transformer book has the Broadcom 802. 11abgn wireless sdio adapter.
Recently, my PC started having serious issues with connecting to public wifi.
Everytime I try, my PC says my wireless adapter is experiencing driver or hardware related issues, and the wireless function shuts down entirely.

Restarting, enabling and disabling and so forth doesn't solve the problem, only a full uninstall of the device and a clean install of most recent drivers fixes the issue, until next time I try connecting to a public wifi.

My Asus runs window 10 64bit.

Any ideas?

Thanks. Those are very basic steps I already tried (as mentioned in my first post).

I have also tried all six steps listed on the advanced tips here: Fix Wi-Fi connection issues in Windows

My connection is spotty at best. It takes 30 minutes of resetting the network adapter to even get a wifi connection and it eventually drops it after 45 minutes.
