Windows 10: RTX 3050 and Intel Core I5 11400H Botteneck? performance issue, to do with gaming, not sure...

My ASUS TUF Gaming F15 seems to have performance issues. When I play games and run in to a few players, my dedicated GPU usage seems to drop massively, from 90-100% usage, to around 55%-75%, and my CPU usage always hangs around 50% - 65%. I never seems to reach 70%-85%. This makes my games have frequent stuttering and freezing. And sometimes, when the FPS is high anyway, it feels quite sluggish, which I find quite weird. I though the RTX 3050 Laptop GPU and Intel Core I5-11400H with 16GB RAM were a great balance, but from these results, and how it feels most of the time, they don't seem to be,

How to fix constant blue screen error? IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hi, I have recently purchased a new laptop and I keep getting a blue screen error (IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) which is caused by ntoskrnl.exe failing. This has happened multiple times now and is getting quite frustrating. My DMP file is here -

ASUS TUF Gaming laptop
Intel Core i5-11400H
RTX 3050 laptop gpu

My RTX 3050 ti is gone and not working

So, I have a laptop from almost a year ago, It's an 2021 ASUS TUF F15. And I have been using it since last year's november, and just a few days ago I was just gonna check out on display adapters in device manager, when I see theres no RTX 3050 ti like it should be, but when I entered bios it says that theres a Intel UHD and a RTX 3050 ti, but it doesn't work cause I already tried deferent games and it's lagging alot. Nvidia RTX 3050 gpu was announced to be release on 27/1/22 starting from msrp $250. Anyone planning on buying and what do you think of it ?
