    RTX 4080 GPU losing video output, computer locking up mini dump attached


    Hello, I am experiencing some issues with my computer where my GPU Asus 4080 will lose video output completely, or the video output will become severely distorted. During this time, I can still hear game audio through my speakers but based on sounds, it does not appear that the mouse or keyboard are able to enter any input pushing buttons that would typically register audio sounds like clicks.     The NVIDIA card is a graphics card used when playing games. I check the GPU for your computer has an NVIDIA build.

    This is why when you changed out the GPU, you did not have a problem.

    It is common for the problem you are having for the graphic card to need to be updated. The drivers are updated regularly.

    It does not cost anything to download updated drivers. NVIDIA will have the drivers you need. Their support should also assist you free of charge.
