Windows 10: Rufus

Discus and support Rufus in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I want to dual boot with Linux and Windows 10, but Unetbootin won't make a bootable usb and Rufus is grayed out so I can't use that either.     I want to dual boot with Linux and Windows 10, but Unetbootin won't make a bootable usb and Rufus is grayed out so I can't use that either. Not sure what to do.

    Rufus

    I can't finish creating media creation tool to the USB installation Flash drive..

    I suggested to use Rufus as per my initial post. All the steps are given in the tutorial on how to use Rufus.
