Windows 10: Run As Administrator gives There Are No More Endpoints message

Several servers in our environment are not able to "run as administrator" without receiving the message "There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper." This is mostly happening with Server 2012. On Some of our Server 2016 machines, if you "run as admin" the program just doesn't start, so I'm assuming the same issue just without the pop up message.I don't know what information is important. We have 3 DCs, AD DS is running. I've run a dcdiag and got some passes and some failures and warnings. I don't know which are important or even if that's relevant. I can past the repo

Starting Home Group Listener gives no more endpoints available

I suggest you to run the inbuilt home group Troubleshooter and check if this helps. Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter:

• In the search box, type ‘Troubleshooter’, and then click
  ‘Troubleshooting’.
• Click on view all.
• Select Home group from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.

Let us assist you to have an Administrator permission. To start, follow the steps below to enable the Windows Super Administrator Account.

• Type CMD on the search box.
• CMD will appear at top.
• Right click on it, then choose Run as administrator.
• Type this command & hit Enter: Net user administrator /active:yes.
• After you enable the Super Administrator account, log out on your existing account then log into Super Administrator account.
• On the Super Administrator account, you can now create an Administrator account or give Administrator permission on the existing account.

After you created an Administrator account, we suggest that you disable the Super Administrator account by following the same steps and using this command:
Net user administrator /active:no.
