    Alternatively, use Task Manager's 'File > Run new task' and tick the box for 'create this task with administrative privileges'.

    In fact, the drop-down list of previously run tasks is the same one as for the Run dialog box, it's effectively the same as the WinKey+R dialog, but with the added admin option.

    Like Berton said, just type in what you want to run and it will appear in the start menu window. You will then be presented with options if it is found. Like shown in the picture the search returns services.msc and then in the options running as Administrator is available to choose from. Run as Admin and away you go!
