Windows 10: Run command didn't work

Discus and support Run command didn't work in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; Does anyone know why i can't use %appdata% on run command.     Does anyone know why i can't use %appdata% on run command. Every time i run this command it will pop up "how do you want to open this file"?.

    Notification didn´t appear

    Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

    PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.

    GPU-Z what command line parameter ?

    Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile Run command didn't work :)

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
