Windows 10: Run command popping up instead of typing

Hello, so I’ve had these issues and more, but I was able to fix any other issues, but the only issue I have now is that whenever I click r on my keyboard, the runncommand pops up, or if I click L, the home screen pops up. I’ve deleted my keyboard, bought new keyboards, and the new keyboard worked, but then it’s like my keyboard that came with the laptop connected to my new keyboard and is now making this keyboard glitch. There have been times where the problem goes away, but if I stop typing for a second, it comes back.

Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the command, DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and hit
  Enter.

When numlock is on, my desktop keyboard types numbers instead of letters

• What is the make and model of your laptop?

This issue might occur if function key in the keyboard is enabled. So as an initial steps, I suggest you to check for the function key in the key board and make sure that it is not enabled.

If the issue still persists you can run Hardware troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Suggest you to follow the steps below and run the
Hardware and Device troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• Type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Click on troubleshooting, then click on “Hardware and sound”.
• Under Hardware and sound, click on “hardware and devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next" button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.
