Windows 10: Run Dialog - Prefetch - only one item is then displayed .ebd

I open the run dialog box and enter prefetchI do NOT get a list if items I want to delete these, but only 1 line item is ever displayed.That item is: ResPriUHMStaticDb.ebdWhat's happening here?

We also suggest clearing the contents of the Prefetch folder. This is where Windows stores the bootup files. Deleting what's in this folder will trigger the system to refresh the bootup process. Here are the steps:

• Right-click on the Windows icon on your home screen.
• Type prefetch then press Enter.
• Once you have the folder up, press Ctrl + A on your keyboard.
  
• Press Shift +Delete.
• Click on Yes.

Tweaking Prefetch

tweaking the prefetch to boot items only did improve boot speed, just want to add other items to prefetch.
