Windows 10: Run quick scan doesn't work and Virus and Threat Protection isn't available in Microsoft...

Whenever I try to run quick scan, I get the message saying "Page not available" and something about my IT administrator removing it. The Virus and Threat Protection tab is also missing. Whenever I try to access it from a different source on another page, Microsoft Defender flashes and closes. I have literally tried everything in every forum post and question that google can offer. I've terminated the process, I've repaired and reset, I've run command prompts, I've changed the registry, I've changed the group permissions, I've even completely reinstalled Windows and restarted from scratch delet

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Virus and Threat Protection Gone and Not Working

I installed Avira antivirus a few months ago, and decided to uninstall it today, deleting all of the files in my computer and uninstalling all of the programs it had. I wanted to do a virus check, and when i opened Windows Security, the Virus and Threat
Protection tab was gone. If i look for it on the windows search, it shows up, but when i click it to open it, it says ¨PAGE NOT AVAILABLE Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of the app, and the item you tried to access is not available.

This is a HOME COMPUTER, its not connected to any company network whatsoever.

I´ve tried all of the suggested solutions, and nothing works, from using the Command Prompt of the Windows Security program file to performing a repair upgrade, and it still doesn´t work.

Can anyone help?
