    RunDLL error There was a problem starting

    RunDLL Error: There was a problem starting C:\Program Files (x86)\ThinkPad\Utilities\PWMTR64V.DLL

    How do I resolve this problem on a laptop using win 10.

    RunDLL There was a problem starting

    On start up "rundll there was a problem starting c:/program"

    I tried to uninstall "Thinkpad Power Manager" but received the same message "rundll There was a problem starting c:\Program".

    It wouldn't uninstall!
