Windows 10: Rundll

I can access task manager and cmd but can't access to explorer.exe to fix black screen because I don't have permission. I can open malwarebytes and superantispyware via run because I have their setups on my computer. I did multiple scans and quarantined some files but nothing happened even after I restarted the computer. I don't have another computer. Tried "sfc /scannow" and "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" but they didn't work too. On the start-up tab there a programme named as "programme" and "Utweb". There was a russian named thing too (written in latin). And on the operations tab there is "Message Queuing Service", "CTF loader" etc. And if I try to locate any file by using Task Manager it says "Class not registered". I don't want to lose some specific files, the rest is unimportant.

RunDLL error?

This is caused by an entry in your Startup processes, look through your startup for anything referring to rundll and remove it:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys together to open Task Manager
• On the Startup Tab look for anything relating to rundll
• If you find something related, select it and click 'Disable'

If you did not find it there:

• Press Windows + R keys together to open the Run Dialog
• Type msconfig in the run dialog and hit enter
• Click on the Services Tab of the resulting dialog
• Check the box marked 'Hide all Microsoft Services'
• Look for anything relating to rundll
• If you find it, uncheck it
• Click Apply and Reboot

 

RunDLL - WigwamUnaltered.dll

Open Task Manager and click the Startup tab. Enable the Command line column by right-clicking the column header and enabling "Command line" check box. This shows the full command-line for each startup item listed.

Right-click the appropriate (rundll32) entry in the list and click Disable.

If Task Manager doesn't list the entry, use the Autoruns utility from Microsoft.

Windows 10 Pro - Rundll Error Message

I am sorry to know that you are getting a Rundll error.

I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.

Restart the computer and check. Also, check for Windows updates.

Try to run the following commands and check if it helps.

• Open command prompt and type the commands below (Type it in Search or Press Windows Logo Key+X. Click on Command Prompt admin).

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

sfc /scannow

powershell

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

• Close the Command Prompt window.
• Check to see if the issue is resolved. If not, restart the PC.
