Windows 10: Runmus k11 headset

Runmus k11 headset audio works when plugged in, but not microphone. Any fix? Anyone else noticed this? Have tried on both PC and Mac.

RUNMUS Model K11 headset not working with windoes 10

I'm currently working from home and the headset provided by my employer is starting to not work. I have a Runmus Model K11 gaming headset and when I try to plug it in to the computer. I have tried it with the USB port, with the 3.5 jack, with the 3.5 audio
voice adaptor, and with the USB and 3.5 jack. The mike will work but the speakers will not. Is there anything I can do to get it to work?

Hi John, I have done everything you just mentioned and more, multiple times. Especially with the troubleshooting. The headset is by Runmus and it's their K11 model. As stated above, it has worked on everything else except for my PC, and when I try to plug
them in, nothing occurs unless I reboot/hard reset. When I do, they pop up and no audio comes out, having me troubleshoot them. Troubleshooting then has them vanish again and become replaced with a "No Output/Input" message.

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue
