    Win 10 64 bit wont run 32 bit programs after running the comparability it says it's okay but still does not work

    Win 10 64 bit wont run 32 bit programs after running the comparability it says it's okay but still does not work. Went from XP to win 7 64 bit clean install after that the program Print Artist 4.0 Ulead IPhoto Express quit working.

    On a second PC I went from XP to win 7 32 bit and the software print artist runs fine. I Then upgraded that machine to win 10 32 bit and the Print Artist Program continues to runs fine.

    How do I fix this issue with win 10 64 bit machine to run that software the error message is cannot execute D:\\IPEeng\setup.exe wont run..

    Win 10 Pro 64 bit will not load 64 bit programs

    I have been running a home built machine with an Intel i5-3720 64-bit processor and Win 10 Pro 64-bit, and WordPerfect X7 and Word 2007 in 64-bit mode. Suddenly, Task Master shows both of those programs running in 32-bit mode. I have checked the processor
    and memory, and re-installed WordPerfect two times. A check of Windows shows I have a 64-bit operating system running on an x64-based processor. Any help would be appreciated.

    Running a 32 bit program on a 64 bit computer

    I have a set of Ford service manuals I was given by the group that I bought my hardware and tuning software for my truck from. These run fine in a 32 bit Win 7 system, but will not install or run in a 64 bit Win 7 or 10 system. Is there any way to force
    then to run as a 32 bit program. Nothing in the compatibility mode seems to allow a selection for 32 bit install. I can still use my 11 year old HP Pavilion, as I was able to add a second hard drive and install a 32 bit Win 7 OS on it (won't take 64 bit).
    It is rather slow booting at best and I don't know how much longer it will continue to work.
