Windows 10: Running games such as Genshin Impact is causing the Internet to go down

Hiya, Been trying to resolve this but I think the issue is bigger than me.I got a new computer a couple of weeks ago, and everything was running fine, there were some inital connectivity issues which I solved by plugging the WiFi booster directly into my computer via ethernet cable. However, now when I load up a game on my computer, specifically noticeable when playing Genshin Impact, the internet will cut out anywhere between playing for a minute to an hour.I thought this was possibly a Genshin-only issue for a bit, but then found that it had cut out whilst playing skyrim too. Unable to Run Genshin Impact Game

So I've been trying to run a game called "Genshin Impact" on my Windows 10 pc. Whenever I try to run it , it always shows " MSVCP140.dll was not found". I also reinstalled the game a couple times and it would not work. I searched up a few things ,and it
seemed that I had to download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable and the x84 Redistributable. I then installed the game and tried to run it but same problem is still happening. What should I do?

I've been able to run the game Genshin Impact just fine for about 1 year, yet overnight the game started crashing on launch. Thus I decided to check the temp file where I found the following error message:

I then decided to reinstall the game in order to try and fix the issue, but sadly it persisted. Now I get a similair yet different error:

I've been looking around for possible solutions or other people having the same problem without succes.

 

Genshin Impact

Is my genshin impact account still safe if i stay on windows 10 and never upgrade to windows 11?
