Hi, thank you for patiently waiting, as per checking and analyzing the error you have, there is an issue with storport.sys, it can be caused by hardware problems, outdated firmware, corrupt drivers, or other software-related, I suggest downloading the latest BIOS and Chipset update from your manufacturer's website, in addition, if the issue persists, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware related issues, in addition, let us eliminate any software related issues, kindly follow the steps below:

Method 1. Reinstall Battery Drivers:

-Press the Windows key + X

-Go to Device Manager

-Expand the Batteries

-Right-click then uninstall all drivers there

-Restart the PC and check it again

Method 2. Restore default power options

-Press Windows key + R then type:

powercfg -restoredefaultschemes

-Restart PC and check.

Method 3. Run power, Troubleshooter

- Press Windows key + R then type:

msdt.exe /id PowerDiagnostic

- Click OK then follow the prompts to run the power troubleshooter

-Restart the device after

Method 4. Do clean boot:

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

- In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.

- On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.

- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.

- Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.

- Close Task Manager.

- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

Hello Brent, bluescreen issue is often resulted by faulty hardware or drivers. I suggest updating Graphics card drivers and Network adapter drivers because they usually cause this

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup
