Running Windows 11.After you disable multiple display support, some programs may be displayed off the screen.1Press the Ctrl+Alt+Tab keys.2 Select the off-screen window in Ctrl+Alt+Tab, and press Enter. see screenshot below3 Press the Alt + Space + M keys to turn the pointer of the off-screen window into the Move pointer.This pointer is fails to change to this shape.I have tried to follow many other similar suggestion after search on the new. Windows 11 multiple display connection failure due to HDCP Restrictions.

2. Update Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your USB-C to Dual HDMI Adapter. Visit the manufacturer's website for the adapter and download any available firmware updates. Updating the firmware may help resolve compatibility issues.
   
3. Disable HDCP: Temporarily disabling HDCP might help determine if it's causing the issue. To do this, follow these steps:
   
   • Right-click on the desktop and select "Display settings."
     
   • Scroll down to the "Advanced display settings" section and click on "Display adapter properties for Display X" (where X represents the secondary display).
     
   • In the properties window, navigate to the "Monitor" tab.
     
   • Uncheck the box that says "Hide modes that this monitor cannot display."
     
   • Click "Apply" and then "OK" to save the changes.
     
   • Repeat these steps for each secondary display.
     
   Disabling HDCP may allow you to browse websites without the secondary displays turning off. However, keep in mind that HDCP is an important content protection feature, and disabling it may prevent you from accessing certain content that requires HDCP.
   
4. Check USB-C Adapter Compatibility: Verify that the USB-C to Dual HDMI Adapter you're using is compatible with Windows 11 and supports HDCP. Check the manufacturer's website or contact their support for any known compatibility issues or firmware updates specific to Windows 11.

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Have you tried running the
  Hardware and Devices troubleshooter?
• Have you tried to download and install the latest graphics driver from the manufacturers website?

Multiple display resizing

We understand that you are facing an issue with the extending the display on multiple desktops.

I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.

• What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• Did you make any changes to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Are you using multiple monitors to extend the display or using the multiple desktop screens on a single monitor?

I would suggest you some steps which you can try resolving this issue.

Follow these steps to update graphics drivers.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
  
  
• Search for Display Adapters and expand it.
  
  
• Right click on the graphics driver and select Update driver software.

Uninstall and Reinstall the graphics card drivers and check.

Note: If you are using the multiple monitors to extend the display then please make sure the resolution of both the monitors are set equally same so that there is no issues with the size or any program or an app.
