    I am running demo Windows 11 on Mac Parallels just for this one game I play usually on my home desktop. I got it running smoothly since 2022 until a few days ago I went in to update the game with it's installer.exe and I got this error "Runtime error at 110:69 The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process". I have tried every single fix I found from youtube. 1.Going into CMD and type net stop http etc. 2.Doing the ListOnlyList thing in registry edit or something like that.3.There was one more but I forgot what it was.I also tried1.Reinstalling Win112.Installi

    For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below:



    1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?

    2. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to which you weren’t facing this issue?

    3. May I know, if you’re facing any issues while accessing applications or files on the PC?

    Based on my research, if the PC is working fine and you’re not facing any issues then we can safely ignore the errors in Event Viewer. However, if you’re facing any issues with the PC, then please let us know.

    Windows 10 error id 69 app model runtime (photos)

    Thanks to Joy Kemprai's MS support & all!

    Event id 69 Error level: Failed with 0x490 modifying AppModel Runtime status..... caused following Ms Store app access in my case,

    successfully corrected by the simple command Press Windows + R
    and type wsreset.
