Windows 10: Runtime Error

I just reinstalled windows 10 today, and I downloaded the Epic Games application, when I installed everything went well, but when the application was opened it said “This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information” and I have tried all the methods described on the internet. But when I installed it through the microsoft store, the application ran smoothly at the beginning, and after doing “Downloading Update” the application could not open, and if it was opened repeatedly there was an error with the

tried to rest the runtime programs and update still get runtime error followed by a second error runtime
error (at 172:103): could not call proc. then nothing. Any suggestions?

well i guess i come here too late , i read all , i format my PC 20 hours ago and i get runtime error for like 6 time in less than 12 hours , is there a guide how to fixed it ? steps by steps also if it with picture really apreciate *Sad

in the installation i dont select cortana , i turn off all and dont sign in with microsoft account if this info help

i try to change view of category of CP to large to see what hapenned

also this problem/bug can cause to reduce the speed of my internet drastically ??

I would like to inform you that this type of error is usually related to damaged C++ components installed. Download and install the latest Visual C++ runtime. Locate and then remove the existing Visual C++ installation.
