    Runtime Error


    I have upgraded from Win 7 home premium to 10 & had continual problems, with system crashing, blurred text, fractured text, etc. (I have found a 3rd party program that fixes blurred text).

    Now when I right click the desktop I get a runtime error message. I also get this when I click 'Display Adaptor Properties' in advanced display settings.

    It took 3 attempts to upgrade, a system restore to a driverless version, & a 2nd total re-install of Windows 10 to get it working, now it is failing again & I am here because I assume Microsoft offers no direct support.

    Can anyone help?

    I keep getting the following error message. Always when I turn my computer on and various other times also. Windows 10

    abnormal program termination

    I eliminated the Runtime Error by deleting the program that was causing the problem. I hope it was not something I need. [TBNotifier.exe]
