Windows 10: Runtime Error

Hi

Just downloaded Windows 10 onto a spare laptop to give it a try

When I log in the following box appears headed

Microsoft Visual C + + Runtime Library

Runtime Error
Program C:\Windows\System32\atibman.exe

This application has requested Runtime to terminate in an unusual way
Please contact the applications support team for more information

Pressing OK clears the box but I was wondering if there is a simple fix to stop it coming up

I eliminated the Runtime Error by deleting the program that was causing the problem. I hope it was not something I need. [TBNotifier.exe]

 

Just a shot in the dark:

It seems your video driver installation is broken. Configure Windows to NOT autoupdate drivers by itself. Remove graphic card drivers with Wagnard's DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and get lates Catalyst drivers from AMD (Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD
) to reinstall them.
