Windows 10: Runtime Library error.

I am getting this error. I have tried fixing it by: running a clean boot, reinstalling the redistributables, repairing them, and many others, but what worked is i created a brand new user account and the program worked on the new account. Is there a way to fix this error on my current account?

The error message Microsoft Visual c++ Runtime Library error that you are getting is sometimes caused by your graphics card. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you uninstall and reinstall your graphics card on your computer.

Kindly follow the steps below:

1. In the Search bar enter device manager. Select Device Manager from the list of results

2. Expand the Display adapters section and right click your graphics card. Select Uninstall device from the menu.

3. Confirmation menu will now appear. Check Delete the driver software for this device and click on Uninstall.

4. Close the Device Manger window as well as the other windows you have opened.

5. Reboot your Windows 10 PC.
