Windows 10: Russian ЯШЕРТЫ keyboard. Some letters are not working.

On my newly acquired Surface Pro 7, after enabling the mentioned keyboard the letters Ч and Щ do not work.

I do not use Russian typewriter keyboard.

I have to resort to using Bulgarian phonetic as this is the only other phonetic Cyrillic keyboard.


Can you fix it?

I understand that two letters are missing on the Russian Mnemonic keyboard.

I am sorry! But Windows update don't do nothing after selected Russian keyboard from list. I see only bottom< Remove>

    Go to Settings and select
    Time and Language.

    Go to Region and Language.

    Click on Add a Language.

    Select the Russian Keyboard from the list.

    Windows Update will be initiated. Run and save it.
