Windows 10: Russian Microsoft News?

I woke up and went onto the internet. Microsoft news opens up automatically as usual as it also does when clicking new tab however, this time it was in Russian? Why? Is this a Russian hack that succeeded on hacking Microsoft? I am worried about the community of every day peoples security.
