Windows 10: Russians heard playing game while all my programs are off

Hi,Right now, I hear Russians playing a game. I shut down all my programs and I still heard them. It started yesterday and they called me by my avatar name. I restarted my computer and it stopped for a while, but then it started again this morning. I opened the task manager and I couldn't identify the process.

• What is the name of the program you are attempting to uninstall?
• What happens when you try to uninstall the program in the normal way (i.e., using by clicking Start, typing Programs and Features into the Search box, and pressing Enter)?

Did you check the game compatibility with Windows 10?

I would suggest you to go through the below steps:

Steps: Try to run the program in compatibility mode:

• 
  Right click on the game icon through which you launch the game.
  
• 
  Click on properties.
  
• 
  Click on compatibility tab.
  
• 
  Check the box, run this program in compatibility mode and select the previous operating system.
  
• 
  Click on apply and then ok.

I suggest you to try installing the game in compatibility mode and check:

Follow these steps to install the game in compatibility mode.

• 
  Download the game from the manufacturer’s website.
  
• 
  Right-click on the game setup file and click on
  ‘properties’.

  Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box
  ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 10 from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
