Windows 10: RX 580 2048 SP Not Powering On or Displaying Signal After 2 Weeks of Use

I purchased a new RX 580 2048 SP graphics card two weeks ago. Everything was working fine until this morning, when I woke up to find that my PC had no signal to the monitor. I have attempted several troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. Troubleshooting black screen RX 580

I recently upgraded my Dell XPS 8700 with XFX Radeon RX 580 video card and EVGA 700 w Bronze PSU.

Now almost every day I experience black screen. After which I have to reboot and sometimes reinstall video drivers. Black screen can happen sometimes right after start up, sometimes a few minutes into gaming.

I tried troubleshooting (everything I can find on the internet):

• lowering frequency
  
• increasing fan speed
  
• undervolting
  
• Reinstalling drivers with DDU
  
• 3 different cables (2 - DP and 1 - DVI).
  
• Different monitors.
  
• ran stress test for 120 seconds (part of Adrenalin software)
  
• disabling automatic Windows update
  
• installing video drivers through Windows update. This driver is 4 years old, but I experience fewer black screens with it.
  
• installed all Windows updates and updated BIOS.
  

I also filed warranty and got replacement RX 580 (either new or refurbished). But problem persists.

Is there way to troubleshoot it? I attached dump files and RX 580 log files.

RX 580 GPU No Signal / Not Detected in Device Manager

Msi RX 580 video card is not detected on device manager or outputting signal to the monitor.

Everything is connected properly. When connected to the GPU I don't even get the bios screen. Everytime I boot I get device not connected error, which goes away after several reboots.

I suspect that when I uninstalled Nvidia driver while amd card was installed, that this might have caused this issue. My motherboard is Gigabyte z97 gaming 7, updated to the latest bios.
