Windows 10: Rx580 code 31

Ive been having this issue with my amd drivers for over a month now. The code 31 notes: “the I/O device is not configured correctly or the configuration parameters to the driver are incorrect” Now ive gotten this same code everytime. Ive attempted to use amd cleanup utility and reinstalling the software installer and the drivers. I made sure it was the correct drivers in the amd website. It only works for a few hours before my screen goes black and my monitor shows the “no hdmi signal”. Changed the hdmi cord and still the issue persists.
