    Hello. Windows 11 Pro 64-bit. I have a Ryzen 9 7950x computer. 16 core/32 thread. Zen 4. AM5 socket. AMD Radeon 7800xt. 32g of ram , Corsair Gen 5 hdd NVMe boot drive.. Previously a Samsung Gen 4 NVMe boot drive. My 4 ryzens I have built on the AM4 Platform never had this problem I am going to explain. I have had a Ryzen since it came out in 2017. Only my Zen 4 7000 series ryzen does this.This problem sitll persits after I have reloaded my computer about 4 times! 3 of the reloads were an upgrade from windows 10 to 11. The last time was a clean instal directly to windows 11

    This problem sitll persits after I have reloaded my computer about 4 times! 3 of the reloads were an upgrade from windows 10 to 11. The last time was a clean instal directly to windows 11.

    After having my Windows 11 freshly installed. A week or so later , my office programs , chrome, and many other programs all of a sudden become slow to open. I click Chrome, Outlook, One Note, .... and I wait.... Maybe 15 seconds later they will open (other programs do this as well). Once they open I will then have quick responce opening all these programs and others seem just fine. ... Then, eventually it will happen again. Same thing. Takes 10-15 seconds to open.

    I could leave my computer in a "happy opening progams state", go away, and come back later and it will then go into "slow open program mode".

    I have reloaded my computer 4 times. This eventually happens after a week or so. I 2nd time I felt it strarted was when I clicked on the " New View " in Outlook 365. This last time I felt it started again when I opened up an excel document I have been using for 10 years that i use to reconsile my bank accounts.

    It is frustrating to have a top of the line 16 core /32 thread pc , with a Gen 5 NVMe sdd. and my programs will sporatically open slow. ... then be fine for a bit... then go back to slow to open again.

    PS... this never happened with the many AM4 Ryzens I have had. Just this new AM5 socket zen 4 7,000 series ryzen.

    Also!!, not to meniton my dual 4k screens... have weird charactors in my office products... AMD / MSI was no help with this either.

    Please help.
