    I went so far as to ask MS tech support agent for help, they remoted into my PC and even they couldn't figure it out. They told me to post here. I am wondering if a clean install would help? I recently went from a MSI mobo/i7 CPU to an Asus mobo/ryzen cpu.

    Your welcome. Have fun with the new build. I'm slowly on upgrade mode with my new build. I only have 2 1.0TB. ssd's before mine's done. Problem is I fractured & dislocated my ankle in January, so I can't lift my pc anytime soon to put my new parts in it. Probably be June or later for that.
