Windows 10: RZ616 Bluetooth disconnect and crash

Hello. I am facing a problem with the RZ616 Bluetooth. Within 30 mins of connecting a Bluetooth mouse, the Bluetooth mouse cursor stop responding. If I turn off the Bluetooth in the laptop, the whole thing stop responding and only a forced restart will work. This keep on repeating. However if I do not use the Bluetooth at all there is no problem.Any ideas? This is on a Thinkbook 13s Gen 4 laptop. Latest BIOS and drivers have been installed.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Pair the Bluetooth device to the system.
• Right click on the Speaker icon in the System tray and select
  Playback Devices.
• Select the device and click on the drop down list next to Set default button.
• Select the option to connect and disconnect from the device.

Streaming music on bluetooth disconnects wifi


Having upgraded form 8.1 to Windows 10 I now find that streaming music on bluetooth disconnects wifi. It does this every time within a few minuets. (Bluetooth and Adapter drivers are up to date.) I have changed the virgin super hub from channel 1 to 12 but problem remains)
Any suggestions?

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
