Windows 10: S mode - can not run the System File Checker

Discus and support S mode - can not run the System File Checker in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I'm trying to do a system checker but I get an error message saying the my computer has mode s and won't allow the app. what can I do get this system...     I'm trying to do a system checker but I get an error message saying the my computer has mode s and won't allow the app. what can I do get this system checker to run ?its for a job.*original title: mode S

    How often should I run System File Checker (sfc scannow) ?

    As often as you identify that WIndows has a fault.If Windows crashes
    Or if a fault symptom appears that you suspect is caused by Windows itself and if that fault symptom persists in Safe mode
    or if, as the SFC tutorial suggests, "some Windows functions aren't working".
