    S Mode - Idrive App - Internal Server Error


    Using laptop with S Mode and trying to back up photos to idrive app. Microsoft app store has the app, but when I download it and try to log in, I get an error that says 'internal server error. please try again'. I see posts from several years back with no answer. Is this app still not working after so many years? Can it be fixed?

    I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

    The application probably should have been abandoned in the microsoft store, currently the idrive is acquired by the company's own website outside the microsoft store.

    website where you can find the updated version of the application: Download IDrive for PC, Mac, Linux, Servers, iOS, Android

    Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

    The current version of the application must be used outside of S mode.

    Please list the exact website URL, I can test it for you.
    They might be having a website issue.

    If it is the one listed in your error message, it fails in Firefox but works in Edge.
    I would give them a call and relate the following information:

    HTTP Error 500 - Internal Server Error.
