Windows 10: S Mode - Idrive App - Internal Server Error

Using laptop with S Mode and trying to back up photos to idrive app. Microsoft app store has the app, but when I download it and try to log in, I get an error that says 'internal server error. please try again'. I see posts from several years back with no answer. Is this app still not working after so many years? Can it be fixed?

They might be having a website issue.

If it is the one listed in your error message, it fails in Firefox but works in Edge.
I would give them a call and relate the following information:

HTTP Error 500 - Internal Server Error.

okay, so when I try to accept the terms and conditions for my family, im told that there is an internal server error! Its been saying this for such a long time now! any suggestions on what to do?
