S mode trying to run Windows defender

I have gotten a number of people reporting that they have gotten emails with my name on it but not my email address.

I am trying to determine if I have any malware installed on my system but there is no button to do a Defender scan. I am on S mode. Is this missing or is it no longer allowed.

I tried downloading the MSRT file but it says this is not allowed in s mode.

What options do I have for scanning my system for malware. Right now I am not confident that Defender is actually working. How can I check this.

    :)
