Windows 10: S pen not connecting fully Galaxy Book Windows 11 Home

I just got a S pen to pair with my Galaxy book but when I try to connect the device nothing pops up but it does pop up on my Note 20 phone. However, the mouse function of the pen still works so I'm able to draw and write with it in a generic sense but it's more under the Pen & Windows Ink and not S pen and Air Command if that makes sense.

S Pen not working correctly after Fall creators update on Samsung Galaxy Book

I have a Samsung Galaxy Book with the S Pen. After the Fall Creators Update, my S Pen no longer will underline text while in apps. It just moves the screen around. Any suggestions on getting the pen to underline
text again? My son has a Microsoft Surface and his pen is doing the same thing.
