    s19d300 intel r display audio problems


    hello, my s19d300 intel r display audio keeps adding a multiple of itself, and when I connect a monitor without audio capabilities, it also keeps switching between the intel r and the desktop audio, soi can't hear anything. or if I connect Bluetooth device it does the same.I've tried disabling it, but it just does the same, how can I fix this

    Hi Nik

    The Intel(R) Display-Audio' drivers are installed as part of your Intel HD Graphics card device drivers when you install those . . .

    Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)

    Expand the Display Adapters section

    What model of Intel HD Graphics is listed there?

    No audio device is installed (How to fix?)

    Since you uninstalled the Intel Display audio and you no longer have audio, that suggests you are using HDMI (??) If this is the case then the Realtek is not being used and not causing your problem.

    First step as mentioned is to reinstall the Intel Display Audio.

    Could you grab the hardware ID for the Intel(R) Display-Audio in Device Manager?
