I recommend checking the configuration to activate the battery saving process.

First disconnect the PC from the electricity and keep it running only with the charge and go to the option of battery configuration verify it is activated

- Turn battery saver on automatically if my battery falls below

- Battery saver status until next charge

Set the percentage for activation preferably at 20% load.

Important: take into account that while the load is active is to say the pc connected to the current battery saving will be disabled.
