    Lumia 1020 Sad Face

    Hi All,

    My lumia 1020 which I brought in 2013 Jan at the beginning of 2014 my phone does not working. Recently I starts showing sad face. I tried hard reset up, down, power and down button, it begins to hard reset but in the half walk it starts to show again sad
    face. Kindly help me to resolve this ASAP. I need to replace this phone. Please suggest some way ASAP.

    Dear Microsoft,

    Really so sad with the result you tell us many of old device can't upgrade to win10 mobile, as I am the Lumia 920 user. As I always tell all my friend around me that Microsoft promise WP8 will not 1 more time become WP7. But, now.......I don't known how
    Microsoft to consider & Jude about the promise. As for me all announced from Microsoft Official is like the announced like the King tell to all people. How come can simply to change it, totally no dignity & integrity. Microsoft, you really already let many
    fan totally so sad & shy with you.

    Start menu, Microsoft Edge, calculator are not opening on new upgraded Windows 10

    Deepika, the system is still not functional!! It is pretty sad that the update has messed up my system. Please suggest other steps!!
