Windows 10: SADES Audio Jack Microphone not working after Update Windows 11 Version 22H2 04/14/23

Hi, my headphones' microphone recently stopped working after the mentioned update. It was working before and I've tried several ways to get it to work.List of the things I've tried:Restarting the computerUninstalling and reinstalling driversBuying a headset splitterAdjusting microphone settingsPlease help me resolve this.

microphone jack not working

So i finally decide to buy a headset, and i plugged the headphone jack into the audio jack which works,but when it comes to microphone jack it don't work.
it doesn't show that its a headset on windows 7 audio device, so i thought i'll try my case sound jacks..but i have 2 connectors on the case 1 is AC_97 and another is HD_Audio and i don't know which one i plug into i only have one F_audio connector on my motherboard,is that even the right socket to get my case audio jack to work?
Someone help me please

 

SADES USB Microphone Not Working

I have a Sades SA 903. It's a gaming Headset (with microphone) using USB Jack.

My problem is: Windows 10 isn't recognizing any microphone sound.

So i tinker a bit on the software:

1. I opened Device Properties on Microphone (USB Audio Device). In
Levels tab, the volume control for microphone is maxed. I pressed both "Mute Mic" on the headset device on and off, yet windows is still not registering sound.

2. I opened Device Properties on Speakers. In Levels
tab, there are volume controls for both Speakers, and "Microphone". The
"Microphone" one is muted, so i unmute it. Now I can hear my own voice in headset
speakers (voices, tapping the microphone, etc). However, Windows still not recognizing the voice, as the
Volume bar under "Test your Microphone" doesn't budge at all.

N.B. During 1 and 2, Both USB Audio Device in speakers and microphone are default devices.

3. I installed the Windows 10 driver provided from Sades official website, Still no luck.

4. I Installed the Windows 7 driver into my Laptop (That uses Windows 7),
The headset and microphone strangely work fine.
Windows 7 registered the voice.

5. I opened Device Manager. Disabling both Speakers and Microphone and then re-enable it again. No luck.

6. Again in Device Manager. I tried "Update Drivers", Windows says the device is already up to date.

7. Lastly in Device Manager. I uninstall the Devices and "Scan for Hardware Changes". Still no luck.

8. I tried to install Windows 7 Driver into Windows 10 via Compatibility mode. The setup was outright rejected, Sades forced me to install Windows 10 Version instead.Please help. For some reason I can't do anything about it...

 

Microphone not working with combo audio jack


My laptop only has one combo audio/microphone jack, and I can't get the microphone to work at all. I just bought a new headset that came with an audio/microphone splitter specifically for the purpose of using it on this laptop. While the output works fine, the microphone input is absolutely ignored.

I am 100% positive this is an audio/microphone splitter (and not just an audio splitter) as it has 3 rings on the end of it (indicating that it is compatible with using a microphone), and one of the input jacks even has a microphone icon on it. Realtek Settings are nowhere to be found in Control Panel, and I couldn't seem to find anything in the system sound settings that would help me either.

I've already spent money on this new headset, so as you can imagine I'm pretty frustrated that this is not working, and I really, really don't want to spend any more money. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
