Windows 10: Sades SA-708 Headphones mic not working, and audio bugs

    Sades SA-708 Headphones mic not working, and audio bugs


    I recently got new headphones, and these ones worked great! A few days later, they don't work! The mic isn't working. The audio is kinda glitching out. My friends can hear themselves talking. I don't know how to fix this. Someone please help.

    Sades SA-708 Audio and Mic not regonized

    So I recently bought the Sades Sa-708. I tried to connect it to the audio and the mic plugs but there was no sounds coming out of it. I downloaded the drivers but it said that I didn't have the right model(They said I needed to plug in the Sades 7.1).
    I tried to troubleshoot it but there was still no headset regonized. I don't know how to make it work so I'm asking for help. I was thinking about returning it but I think I might need to buy a stereo sound adapter. Please reply back and tell me how to fix
    the problem and if If a stereo sound adapter is needed.

    Hi,

    To address the sound issue, we suggest that you try the following methods.

    Method 1: run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

    • Type Troubleshooting in the search bar.
    • Select Troubleshooting.
    • Select View all on the top left corner.
    • Click on Hardware and Devices.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
    Method 2: Update the audio driver of your computer.


    • Check the computer manufacturer's support site and download the latest driver for the audio adapter.
