Discus and support Safe Search is locked on for all browsers until 10pm in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; My Safe Search settings are locked on, and if I visit a 'dodgy' site directly, I get hit with a 'ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT'.     Safe Search is locked on for all browsers until 10pm


    My Safe Search settings are locked on, and if I visit a 'dodgy' site directly, I get hit with a 'ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT'. Interestingly this goes away after 10pm which immediate makes me think there's some Family Settings somewhere.This all happened after a windows update. I'm using windows 10 still. Since then I've uninstalled AVG and just use windows defender now, but that didn't solve it. I have scoured the settings for any parental controls but I can't find anything.Other devices work fine on this network, and I've contacted my internet provider and they've confirmed that they're not doi
