Windows 10: saftey scanner results

i ran the microsoft saftey scanner and when it was running it said i had 20 infected files and then at the end it says i have no infected files. what is join on about this

The Microsoft Safety Scanner scan log results can be located at > %SystemRoot%\Debug\msert.log ?

If the Microsoft Safety Scanner Tool finds ANY infections, it will identify the Malware that it has found and then automatically REMOVES that Malware from your computer, or give you options for what to do.

At the bottom of the .log file, does it say something like ? . . .
